Laurens Institute for Education
This is Sarah's second family. Here she goes to an their Academy and recieves the majority of her therapies. This is where Sarah really started to progress. She started here July 2007. She receives Physical and Occuptational, Music and Feeding therapy. They also have services that include ABA and work with her one on one in alot of cognitive skills. The teachers and staff here has always been very supportative and they too have Sarah's best interest at heart. I can't imagine where Sarah would be today if it were not for them. We are truly and forever grateful!
Accent on Family Care Services
This is the agency that provides Habilitation and Respite services for Sarah. They have become like a second family to us as well. Debbie, the owner has each and every kids best interest at heart. She has such a nack in matching up a provider with the family. We have been soo blessed to have providers that have Sarah's best interest at heart. They truly, truly love Sarah and I would never want to be an outsider to mess with them. They are so protective over Sarah.
They are the best company in the valley.
Pueblo Pediatrics
This is where the girls wonderful pediatrian Dr. John Chiles office is at.
The other pediatrians inthe office and the staff have always been so kind, supportive and good to us. I could not imagine taking the girls any where else. When ever I have a concern or an issue, they have always treated me with the up most respect and take any issue I have serious. Even when I do get paranoid... they still listen to all my concerns.
Banner Desert Medical Center
The hospital where the girls were born and where Sarah was first diagnosed. This is where she typically is taken to in an emergency and has spent many, many many nights here.
St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center
This is where her last neurologist Dr. Kevin Chapman is at and where Sarah has had a number of tests done.
They are also a part of Barrow's Neurological Institute.
Phoenix Children's Hospital
This is where Sarah's has gone to in the past for GI issues. They are a great hospital
Frances Brandon Pickett Elementary School
This was Sarah's first Pre School. Her teacher Ms. Diem-Doyen has been
amazing to Sarah and very supportive to us as a family.
She truly has her best interest at heart.
Queen Creek Elementary School
This was the school Sarah went to for her 2nd year of preschool. She had the same teacher here as she did at Pickett Elementary.
Sarah really loves her school and loves going on the bus too.
Arizona Department of Developmental Disablities
This is the state agency that provides majority of
the services for Sarah
Melmed Center
This is the center that does developmental testing, psychological
testing and autism testing.
